Jen Stroud Physiotherapy is a physiotherapy clinic located in Polborder, near St Mellion. Nestled between Saltash, Liskeard, and Callington in East Cornwall, and close to Plymouth on the Devon and Cornwall border, the clinic offers expert treatment for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. These include injuries, aches and pains, back pain, sciatica, neck pain, hip pain, elbow pain, ankle pain, knee problems, and recovery from surgery or illness.

The clinic also provides specialised physiotherapy for women’s pelvic health concerns, such as pelvic pain, incontinence, and pelvic organ prolapse. Services include pessary fitting, postnatal MOTs, and pregnancy physiotherapy advice and treatment. In addition, Jen Stroud is a Scar Therapy Specialist, treating both trauma and surgical scars, including those related to childbirth, surgery, or injury.

The clinic now also offers a specialist adult rehabilitation home visit service, providing tailored physiotherapy and recovery support in the comfort of clients’ own homes.
